Important Notice
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and jilibo. By creating an account or placing any wager on the jilibo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree to any provision, you must not use the jilibo platform.

§1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
- "jilibo" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the jilibo online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://jilibo.biz and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services operated under the jilibo brand.
- "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by the jilibo platform.
- "Account" refers to the registered player account created on jilibo following successful completion of the registration process.
- "Balance" refers to the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's jilibo Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
- "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before a withdrawal of any resulting winnings becomes eligible for processing.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required by jilibo before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested for compliance purposes.
- "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer tables, crash and instant games, sports betting markets, and any other product made available through the jilibo platform.
- "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" refers to UTC+6, the standard time zone applied to all time-sensitive terms in this document, including promotional deadlines and session time calculations.
§2 Eligibility & Registration
Access to and use of the jilibo platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of the Player's use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. jilibo operates a strict 18+ policy and will verify age through KYC documentation. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal entities may not register an account on jilibo.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
- You may hold only one (1) active jilibo Account at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. jilibo reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated transactions.
- You must not be a person who is self-excluded from any gambling platform or who has been ordered by any competent authority to refrain from gambling activities.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jilibo is lawful in your jurisdiction. jilibo makes no warranty regarding the legality of its services in any specific location.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of jilibo or any of its affiliated game providers, unless express written permission has been granted by jilibo management.
jilibo reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
§3 Account Management
Once your jilibo Account has been successfully created, the following terms govern its ongoing management and security:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- Any activity conducted through your Account using your valid credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you. jilibo accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
- You must notify jilibo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jilibo may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any such report.
- Account balances are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jilibo does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits made in other currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction, and jilibo accepts no liability for any adverse exchange-rate movement.
- jilibo may request KYC documents — including a government-issued national ID, passport, or birth certificate, together with proof of address and proof of payment method — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jilibo may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
- Inactive accounts — defined as accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — may be classified as dormant. jilibo reserves the right to charge a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 against any dormant account balance, provided the Player has received prior written notice to the registered email address.
§4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jilibo are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:
4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jilibo, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
- Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. jilibo reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
- Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes of confirmed receipt. Any deposit that remains unconfirmed after 30 minutes should be reported to customer support with relevant transaction reference details.
- jilibo does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge its own transaction or service fees, for which jilibo accepts no responsibility.
- By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment method held in your own name and that you are not depositing on behalf of any third party. jilibo reserves the right to reverse any deposit found to originate from a payment method not registered to the account holder.
4.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- All withdrawals require a fully verified account. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to submit a withdrawal request until verification is complete.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for verified accounts are typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, as required by anti-money-laundering compliance procedures.
- jilibo reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, including requests for supporting documentation, without limitation. Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending the outcome of such checks.
- Winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in the forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance.
§5 Bonuses & Promotions
jilibo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is presented:
- Bonuses are available to registered Players aged 18 and above who have completed the relevant qualifying action (e.g., first deposit, minimum deposit threshold, promo code entry) as specified in the individual offer terms.
- Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal of any resulting winnings is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live dealer games, table games, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published on the individual promotion page.
- Bonus funds expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.
- Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, regardless of whether they hold or have held more than one account. jilibo monitors for bonus abuse and may void bonuses, winnings, and account balances in cases where a promotion has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these terms.
- jilibo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modification of a promotion does not affect any qualifying wagers already placed before the modification date.
- Players who have requested self-exclusion or who are subject to responsible gaming restrictions are not eligible to receive or use bonus offers for the duration of any such restriction.
§6 Game Rules & Betting
The following terms apply to all gaming and wagering activity conducted on the jilibo platform:
- Each game available on jilibo is governed by the individual rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing any wager. jilibo accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand game rules.
- All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted in real time by trained dealers. jilibo does not manipulate game outcomes.
- Sports betting odds are set by jilibo's sportsbook engine and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to the confirmed wager.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted at jilibo's discretion. jilibo reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time, including during periods of elevated uncertainty (e.g., a power play in cricket, a wicket falling, or a penalty being awarded in football).
- jilibo reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the event of: a clear and obvious error in odds or game settings; technical malfunction of any kind; evidence of match-fixing or manipulation of the relevant sporting event; or any other circumstance in which jilibo reasonably determines that the integrity of the wager has been compromised.
- Minimum and maximum wager amounts apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by jilibo at any time. jilibo may also apply individual account-level betting limits where it deems appropriate.
§7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilibo platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all associated balances may be forfeited:
- Opening more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with jilibo.
- Using the jilibo platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities. jilibo is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jilibo's platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown software error will be voided.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other form of mechanical or automated wagering system on the jilibo platform without express written authorisation from jilibo management.
- Colluding with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, co-ordinated bonus abuse, or sharing of proprietary live dealer information.
- Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals after winnings have been received. Any Player who initiates an unjustified charge-back will have their account permanently closed and the matter referred to the relevant financial institution and, where applicable, to law enforcement.
- Accessing the jilibo platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment. Commercial use, resale, or exploitation of any jilibo service or content is strictly prohibited.
§8 Responsible Gaming
jilibo is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for the majority of players, can become harmful for some individuals. The following tools and policies are maintained by jilibo to support responsible play:
- Age Verification: jilibo enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years. All players are required to complete KYC verification, which includes proof of age. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out. Session time reminders are also available and can be activated from account settings.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the player may not log in, deposit, or place wagers. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once initiated.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have developed a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from jilibo. A self-exclusion request, once confirmed, closes the account permanently. Players who are self-excluded may not open a new account on jilibo. To request self-exclusion, contact jilibo support.
- Reality Checks: jilibo may display on-screen notifications at regular intervals to remind Players of the duration of their current gaming session and their net financial position during that session.

§9 Intellectual Property
All content on the jilibo platform — including but not limited to the jilibo brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data compilations, and any other material — is the property of jilibo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any jilibo content without prior written consent from jilibo.
- Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is made available to Players under licence. Your use of such game content is limited to personal, non-commercial entertainment use within the jilibo platform.
- The jilibo platform may contain trademarks, service marks, and trade names of third parties. All such marks are the property of their respective owners and are used on jilibo solely under licence or for identification purposes.
§10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilibo's liability to any Player in connection with the use of the jilibo platform is limited as follows:
- jilibo provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilibo makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.
- jilibo shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jilibo platform.
- jilibo's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- jilibo is not liable for losses resulting from: Force Majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, internet outages, and regulatory actions); third-party payment processor failures; or Player error in placing wagers or providing account information.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes jilibo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
§11 Privacy & Data
jilibo collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the provision of its services. The full details of how jilibo handles personal data — including what data is collected, the legal basis for processing, data retention periods, and Player rights — are set out in jilibo's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
By registering an account on jilibo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting jilibo support, subject to any processing that jilibo is required to perform for legal or compliance purposes.
§12 Amendments & Termination
- jilibo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, or by means of a prominent notice on the jilibo platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.
- Your continued use of the jilibo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
- jilibo may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason that jilibo deems necessary to protect the integrity of its platform or the interests of other Players.
- Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of any amounts owed to jilibo (including reversed bonus funds and disputed transaction amounts) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
§13 Disputes & Governing Law
13.1 Dispute Resolution Process
- If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your jilibo account or any transaction, you should contact jilibo customer support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your account username, the relevant transaction reference, and a clear description of the problem.
- jilibo will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours (BST) and will aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days. Complex disputes may require additional time, in which case jilibo will keep you informed of progress at regular intervals.
- If you are not satisfied with jilibo's final response, you may request that the dispute be referred to an independent review. Details of the review process will be communicated at the time jilibo issues its final response.
- In respect of sports betting disputes, jilibo's decision regarding the settlement of markets is final once the relevant event result has been officially confirmed by the governing body. Disputes regarding live in-play settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event conclusion.
13.2 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jilibo's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
